Vanilla Chai Latte Blondies

An easy fall dessert that's full of warmth and a little punch!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ C butter melted
  • 1 C brown sugar packed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C + 2 Tbs flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cloves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, thoroughly whisk the wet ingredients: ½ C melted butter, 1 C brown sugar, 1 egg and tsp vanilla.
  • Fold in the dry ingredients: 1 C + 2 Tbs flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1½ tsp cardamom, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp nutmeg and ¼ tsp ground cloves.
  • Bake for 20 mins or until the edges are set and dry. Let cool completely before slicing.
